Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma reminiscent of "pez", presenting firm and lively tannins in the mouth. Hints of olive and black fruit, in a wine dominated by intense freshness and remarkable persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pates and aged cheeses.
