Fermentation took place in traditional clay jars weighed down with beeswax and pitch in a cellar at a cool temperature and daily tamping of the blanket during fermentation. The wine remained in the masses until March 2021, followed by a 6-month aging in French Oak Barrels and aging in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Open ruby color. Aromas of red fruits and notes of spices (Camphor). In the mouth it presents a freshness typical of the region, with good acid balance, very elegant tannins and a harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
