Grapes harvested by hand in vineyards with reduced production, in the second week of September and transported in 15 kg boxes. The selected grapes were partially destemmed and crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, of small capacity with controlled temperature (24 - 26 ºC). Malolactic fermentation and aging in new and second and third year French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. It has an austere aromatic profile, with great complexity and spicy notes. Rich in concentrated black fruit flavours and has a firm structure, with well-present tannins and refreshing acidity. Long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C away from light. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC. This wine improves substantially with a pre-airing for one hour.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal to accompany grilled meat dishes and game dishes.
