Manual harvesting. Fermentation in a pot with indigenous yeasts. Skin maceration of around 60 days. Malolactic fermentation in contact with skins. Aging for 3 months in clay pots on lees.
Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Moreto
Tasting Notes:
Bright red. Primary aromas with some earthy notes. Iodized with notes of resin from carving. Good texture, fine tannins, delicate and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 14/16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Mediterranean food in general, medium ripening cheeses and sausages.
