Winemaking:
Mechanical treading, fermentation in 8-ton vats with complete tanning. Aged in French oak for 6 months.

Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alfrocheiro,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
This wine has aromas of red fruits, cocoa and coffee and notes of vanilla. In the mouth it reveals good acidity, prominent tannins and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat and pasta.

Contains sulphites.
