Very citric and mineral, some note of pineapple suggests the sucrosity that the mouth confirms and enlarges. The wood gave it the greedy presence of vanilla and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 9-11ºC.

Excellent with fish, cod and salmon. Perfect with cheeses, flour and sausages.
