Winemaking:
Vineyards in clay soils on well-drained slopes. The wine was fermented in small-capacity stainless steel tanks at 18ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Fernão Pires,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
citrus coloured wine, fruity and fresh aroma. Good acidity and balanced in the mouth, with pleasant end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8 to 10°C.

Food Pairing:
Delicious with freshly shucked oysters or scallop sashimi with tomato.
