Sandeman Sherry Character Superior Medium Dry is a top-quality Amontillado sherry, aged for an average of nine years in small casks where the pale wines transform into wines with a medium golden amber colour, with a subtle and complex palate. Later, a little Pedro Ximénez is blended to make this a dry and complex wine with a touch of sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma is fragrant, complex, and slightly crisp with notes of Pedro Ximénez. The colour is medium golden with reddish amber hues. On the palate, it is very balanced, with a pleasant initial sweet touch, giving way to a complexity of dried fruit and a clean, lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Sandeman Sherry Character Superior Medium Dry is ready to drink, no decanting required. Serve chilled between 10ºC-12ºC. Once opened, consume within 8 weeks.
Food Pairing:
Traditionally, this wine pairs well with soups, although it also goes very well with pâtés, smoked meats, hearty seafood dishes, and some cheeses. Served on the rocks, Sandeman Sherry Character Superior Medium Dry is also an excellent aperitif.
