Sandeman Don Fino Superior Fino Sherry, a premium Fino Sherry, is a delicate and dry white wine. Produced from Palomino grapes grown in Sandeman's vineyards, located in the best areas of the Jerez demarcated region, this wine matures in a Solera, under "flor" (a layer of yeast) for at least five years.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw-yellow colour with green and golden reflections. Clear and bright, with an intense aroma influenced by aging in "flor" (flower). On the palate it is light, fresh and delicate, with a dry and crisp finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Sandeman Don Fino Sherry should be served chilled between 6°C and 8°C.
Food Pairing:
It's a perfect appetizer served cold, plain or to accompany olives and salted dried fruits, or combined with fresh salads, seafood and fish, sushi, caviar, oysters or more.
