Product details

Winemaking:
Gentle pressing of whole bunches in a pneumatic press, extracting only the best must. 80% fermented in vats at very low temperatures (12–14°C), and 20% in used French oak barrels with frequent bâtonnage. Aged for 10 months in used French oak barrels.
