The strawberry jam of the Santo André variety, has a very intense aroma, flavoured with Port wine aged in wood (of great aromatic complexity, evidencing the aromas of nuts, wood, coffee, chocolate and peppery honey) with a touch of chili pepper, makes this jam slightly spicy, surprising for the richness and intensity of flavours. Ingredients: Strawberry, sugar, port wine, chilli pepper, citrus pectin and lemon juice. No additives.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, free of moisture, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or product changes. Store in the fridge after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Perfect accompaniment to savoury appetizers or cream cheese, salad dressings, sushi or beef dishes. It is also the ideal topping for crème fraiche, filling chocolates or for creating small notes on cupcakes and panna cotta.
