Blueberry Jam of the Duke variety, a large-caliber fruit, a berry with a resistant texture and an attractive blue-purple colour, of high quality, with a semi-sweet and mild flavour, flavoured with Port wine aged in wood (of great aromatic complexity, evidencing the aromas of dried fruits, wood, coffee, chocolate and peppery honey). Ingredients: Blueberry, sugar, port wine, vanilla, citrus pectin and lemon juice. May contain sulphur dioxide, sulphites and gluten. No additives.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, free of moisture, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or product changes. Store in the fridge after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal to pair with Castelo Branco Fresh Cheese, Transmontano Goat Cheese (DOP), Azeitão Cheese (DOP), “Camembert“ Cheese (DOP) or “Gouda“ Cheese (PGI). Also ideal for spreading cookies, bread, wholegrain toast and to create cake recipes with chocolate cream. Perfect as a topping for pancakes and cakes.
