After short pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 8-10ºC, alcohol fermentation takes place in stainless steel wine presses at 26-28ºC, provided by automated treading/dipping machinery.

Tasting Notes:
Dark-ruby colour, aroma of ripe black fruit integrated with good notes of spices, suggesting pepper, fresh and engaging. Elegant with good acidity in a well structured persistent final set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
