Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation in a press, at controlled temperature of 24º to 26ºC. 14 months aging in new french oak barrels. Bottle aging.

Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Dark garnet colour.Full-bodied on the palate,soft tannins and an intense finish. Black fruit and spice notes.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º/18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seasoned dishes, red meat and game dishes.
