Harvest begins towards the middle of September each year as pickers work the terraces to harvest the fully ripened grapes. The wine matures in casks or in larger wooden vats. The cool ambient temperature of the cellars and its location near the coast is ideal for the lengthy maturation of Port.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão
Tasting Notes:
Dry and opulent character, expressing delicious aromas of generous black fruits. It is a Port wine of juicy tannins that reveals aromas of wild fruits wrapped in rich flavours of dried fruits with a touch of vanilla and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to pair with spicy cow cheese or sheep cheese or ice cream, or alone as a digestive.
