Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour with violet reflections, fine and persistent bubbles. Expressive aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, with slight floral notes and a subtle touch of yeast that adds complexity. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant, with good acidity and very smooth tannins. Red fruits stand out again, balanced by a delicate mousse that provides lightness and elegance. Clean, refreshing and slightly fruity finish, inviting another sip.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.

Ideal to accompany contemporary cuisine or as an appetizer/snack.
