The grapes are originated in the cooler areas of the Douro, at 550 meters. After fermentation at low temperature, the wine remained on fine sediment (bâtonnage) for 3 months in order to increase complexity. The final blend was prepared with second fermentation in bottle, according to the champenoise method.

Light pink in colour, super slim and elegant in profile, reminiscent of fresh cherry, with many mineral notes. Fresh mouth with crispy acidity, is a very exquisite sparkling, incisive, full of brilliance, lightness and seduction.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, or accompanying various appetizers, oysters, salads, seafood, salads, smoked fish, cheeses.
