Product details

Winemaking:
Nighttime grape harvest, skin maceration at low temperature, controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats and development of malolactic fermentation in the presence of wood. Aging in French oak and American oak, giving the wines a velvety and fresh texture.

Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Opaque with purple tones, aromatically dominated by ripe fruit and well-defined spices (black pepper) with a dense and well-structured body.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
