Tasting Notes:
Loaded garnet colour, aromas of plum jam and ripe red fruits. Light perception of spices and chocolate. In the mouth it has great elegance, is well balanced and has a long persistence. A very distinctive wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
