Tasting Notes:
Red colour with brownish tones. Aroma of leather, black fruits, black tea, violets and hazelnut. in the austere mouth, good acidity, presence of tannins, persistence present following the same concept as the old Periquita.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 13oC, consume at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with red meat and cheese.
