Product details
The grapes are crushed in a press where they are fermented at a temperature of 27ºC for +/- 6 days. Alcoholic fermentation ends in oak casks where the wine remains on fine lees for around 3 months. During this period, bâtonnage is carried out at the first racking and the wine returns to the same casks. At the end of this stage, which takes the necessary time, another racking is carried out followed by bottling immediately, without filtration or stabilization.
