Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and maceration on the skins. Ageing for 12 months in small French and American oak barrels, 48 months in the bottle in a cool cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Aroma very well matched to the wood in which it was aged. Very elegant and rich with notes of sultanas, black fruits and spices. On the palate, it's full with a lot of complexity and intensity, tannins present but polished, with a long, pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with red meat, game, roasts, strong cheeses and foie gras.
