Manual harvest, fermentation in stainless steel vats without temperature control.

Grape Varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon,Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
The wine has a deep ruby colour, an aroma and flavour of very ripe red berries with well-balanced tannins and a long finish in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Perfect serve between 13/14ºC.

Oven-baked fish dishes, Codfish and red meat.
