Grapes harvested at full phenolic ripeness, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by 3 weeks of skin maceration for enhanced polyphenol extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine underwent 12 months of aging in new French and American oak barrels, followed by 24 months of aging in Magnum bottles.

Tasting Notes:
Very intense, almost opaque garnet color, ripe aroma with black fruits, raisins and spices, good body, fat, full and intense, with present tannins of good quality, long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18°C. The recommended maximum storage period is 20 years.
Food Pairing:
unique and rare wine requires unique and rare dishes, they must be intense and well-crafted, whether traditional or signature, and should be the base for meats, especially red meats and game. Strong cheeses are also recommended.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
