Made exclusively from the Castelão grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with sandy soil. The grapes were destemmed and fermented in a mill with daily treading. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Aroma of ripe, crystallised red fruit and a hint of rosemary. On the palate it's a structured wine, but at the same time elegant, aromatic and with soft tannins. It has a very long and savoury finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served chilled at a temperature of 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with grilled sardines, fried horse mackerel and various regional dishes or tempuras.
