Tasting Notes:
It has a garnet colour. Aromas of slightly minty fruit, vanilla, toasted cocoa and spices. On the palate it is intense and complex, very refined with round tannins, good acidity and soft, full-bodied flavours with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 15-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with spicy meat dishes and cheeses.
