Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature up to 26ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color, with aroma of ripe black fruit and some floral notes. Soft but firm tannins, with a long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
