Winemaking:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with controlled fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels and then for 9 months in the bottle.

Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet,Syrah,Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
A wine of good intensity with a mix of ripe red and wild berries, mint, eucalyptus, and slight notes of vanilla. Intense, fruity, and fresh with volume and unctuousness, with sweet and silky tannins that give it body. Final notes of mint and eucalyptus reinforce its freshness. Very good finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for food pairings, all types of meat dishes baked or grilled, and always well-seasoned.
