Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without adding additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Raspberry, sugar, lime, mint, citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh and slightly acidic raspberry jam, a fruit with a mild and slightly sweet flavor, mixed with lime, with a fresh and acidic flavor, and refreshing mint.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
These characteristics make it an ideal accompaniment for cheeses, such as S. Jorge Island Cheese, Azores (PDO), Roncari Cheese – Blue (PDO), Roquefort Cheese (PDO), Le Bleu d'Auvergne Cheese (PDO), Pecorino Cheese (PDO), Gournay Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, salads, chicken, pork and veal dishes. Excellent as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, panna cotta and crepes, pancakes, as well as a filling for cakes and biscuits.
