Winemaking:
Grapes from old vineyards in Beira Interior in a field blend of traditional grape varieties. Grapes harvested by hand. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for six months in French oak barrels.

Very intense and mineral, citrus and floral notes well integrated with the aromas from the barrel fermentation and the excellent integration of the wood, in the mouth it is creamy and fat with a very fresh and long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 8 and 12⁰C. Store in a dry, cool place away from light.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with lamb dishes, appetisers, cheeses, pasta and Mediterranean cuisine in general.
