Promotion valid from the 1st of May 2026 up to the 31st of May 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Grapes from a vineyard planted on the Beira Interior plateau, on granite soils at an altitude of 750 metres. Manual harvest, crushing without destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. Ageing on the lees - batonnage - until bottling at the end of January, followed by 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 8 and 12⁰C. Store in a dry, cool place away from light.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with Iberian ham and other strong sausages and mature cheeses.
