Product details

Winemaking:
Plot of very old Prado Novo vineyard, in the parish of Vermiosa, clay-limestone soil with quartz veins, 700 meters above sea level. Manual harvest, crushing without stemming. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging with stirring of the lees - “batonnage” until bottling at the end of February, followed by 3 months of bottle aging.
