Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Total crushing and destemming with protection against early oxidisation. Clarification by gravity for 18 hours. Fermentation in new barrels at a temperature of between 16 and 20ºC followed by ageing in barrels for 12 months. Bottling was followed by a long ageing period in bottle.
