Intense citrus. Nuances of white-fleshed fruits and flowers. Notes of dried fruits and roasted grains lend it distinct complexity. Fruity, delicately fresh, elegant, and finishes with a distinct persistence.

Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with seafood, grilled fish, light Asian cuisine or simply as a sophisticated appetizer.
