Winemaking:
Strict maturation control in order to determine the right harvest timing. Total crushing and destemming with protection against early oxidation. Clarification in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC - 22ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Riesling

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour with greenish tinges. Aroma of tropical fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with an elegant acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Enjoy at a temperature of around 7ºC to 8ºC.
