Product details

Winemaking:
It is a blend of different lots of Madeira wines, which spent an average of 20 years aging in oak barrels in the method called “Canteiro”, in the centuries-old cellars of Blandy - Blandy's Wine Lodge.

Clear, shiny, dark mahogany colour with a golden nuance. Complex bouquet, rich of fruit cakes, honey, brown sugar, spice and nuts. In the mouth it is sweet, rich, at the same time fresh, with a long, warm aftertaste, old brandy, dark chocolate and dried fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
Perfect serve at 15ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is a superb accompaniment to desserts, especially fruit cakes, rich chocolate puddings and cheeses.
