Manual harvest, with qualitative selection, for several weeks according to the state of maturation. Aging in a "Canteiro" system, in 650 L casks (little barrels) until the month of bottling. Bottled in 2023.

Tasting Notes:
Amber, clear and bright, with golden nuances. Characteristic, with notes of jams and sweet crystallized fruits, brioche and honey. Sweet, rich and velvety, but with some freshness, leaving a long aftertaste with warm notes of marmalade and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an digestive, pairs well fruitcakes, biscuits with cream, crème brûlée.

Contains sulphites.
