Product details
The grapes were hand-picked from a plot at the top of Quinta do Monte Xisto facing north and transported to the winery in Vila Nova de Foz Côa in 20kg boxes. Vinification was carried out in cement vats, followed by pressing to complete fermentation and the subsequent addition of brandy. Aging was carried out in cement vats in the warehouse in Vila Nova de Gaia, close to the sea, with excellent temperature and humidity conditions. The wine is the result of a blend of 4 different harvests and falls into the Light Dry White Port category, as the aim is to produce a wine with the lowest possible alcohol content and sugar content.

Tasting Notes:
This wine gives us a feeling of freshness, but at the same time some hints of maturity. A true blend in which the young meets the mature. It combines aromas of fresh and dried fruits. A more attentive nose transports us to oriental aromas such as black tea and exotic infusions. From the first taste we are left with the sensation of volume and intensity. The palate is smooth with a sequence of flavours of plum, fig, lemon, orange, chestnut... reflecting great complexity. At the end we feel a slight warm and sweet touch, reminding us that this is a Port wine, but light. A unique wine.
