Winemaking:
The white grapes are hand picked into small boxes and then taken into our winery, where they are carefully processed and gently fermented at lower temperatures.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Códega do Larinho,Rabigato,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Fragant (perfumed) and intense on the nose with fresh floral and honey aromas. Soft, crisp and well balanced on the palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best enjoyed within 2 years of bottling. Once opened it will keep well for up to one month. Serve chilled (10º-12ºC).
Food Pairing:
This port pairs perfectly with salted almonds, olives and cured fish. Carefully aged before bottling, our fine White is ready to be served on its own as a delightful aperitif at any time of the day, or mixed in a refreshing cocktail.
