White Ports are similar to Tawnys in terms of the winemaking process and the type of ageing. The difference lies in the use of traditional white grape varieties from the region. They are usually very elegant and complex.

Rabigato,Viosinho,Malvasia Fina,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
It has golden yellow colour. Intense aroma, with notes of bitter marmalade, a floral quality, exotic wood and dried fruits and nuts, with a light, peppery and curry-like spice. the wood ageing adds nobility, some complexity and the required richness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled, between 6° and 10°C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing:
Served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to soft goat cheese and melon soup.
