White Ports are similar to Tawnys in terms of the winemaking process and the type of ageing. The difference lies in the use of traditional white grape varieties from the region. They are usually very elegant and complex.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Viosinho,Donzelinho Branco,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
Dark yellow colour. Aroma of fruit in syrup, baked apple, dried flowers. Very unctuous and full-bodied in the mouth with the sweetness of the fruit following a smooth and engaging event.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled between 6 and 7ºC, in an appropriate glass.
Food Pairing:
May be served with a caramel or vanilla based dessert, enjoyed on its own, as a long drink or as the base for a cocktail.

Contains sulphites.
