Winemaking:
Aged for 3 months in sur-lies, followed by bottling.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour. Aroma of raspberries and pomegranates. Fresh and dry on the palate. Fruity and elegant on the end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with sushi, fish and salads. Also as an appetizer.
