Winemaking:
After careful selection and sorting upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Part of the batch fermented and aged in used 500-liter barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Pale pink wine. Fine and delicate aroma. On the palate it is fresh and structured, with predominant mineral and apricot notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10ºC-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with grilled white meats, grilled vegetables, and baked fish.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
