Winemaking:
Wine produced exclusively with the Touriga grape variety. A premium rosé originating from tear must, without pressing, using only the “téte de cuvée” until obtaining the desired color, from Touriga Nacional grapes selected for the Freixo Family Collection wine, the best grapes from Herdade do Freixo. After a slow fermentation at low temperature to maintain all the aromatic load, it aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and the most delicate notes, with batonnage for 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
Light coral pink color. Delicate aroma of white flowers and rosewood. Great elegance in the mouth, with a lot of freshness integrated into the wine and unique balance. Very fine and creamy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal consumption temperature at 8 oC.

Great gastronomic versatility; Accompanies fresh fish dishes, seafood, sushi and sashimi, salads, white meats, grilled red meats, pastas and risottos.; It complements fusion dishes, harmonizing with freshness and is perfect for special moments of conviviality. Like all FREIXO wines, it gains complexity and finesse as it ages in the bottle.
