Product details
Shows the character and freshness of the Carignan grapes, in this case, planted in a pot - therefore, low productivity - on a plot of 13 hectares, which dates from 1974. After destemming, the grapes made a pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, in marble "lagares". Fermentation was done in a "lagares" and also in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by a one-year aging process in new French oak barrels and cellar before releasing.
