Winemaking:
Hand-harvested. Total destemming. Fermentation at controlled temperature in lagares and stainless steel tanks, with indigenous yeasts. Pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 10 months in used French oak vats (80%) and concrete tanks (20%), plus a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Pale ruby colour. Elegant nose. With notes of black stone fruit enveloped by herbaceous notes, namely tomato leaf, typical of the grape variety. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with smooth and well-integrated tannins, providing a long, vibrant and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with meats, cheeses, and, in general, Mediterranean cuisine.
