Tasting Notes:
Light violet colour, dense dark. On the nose, it has a noble and intense profile with notes of cedar and pine needles taking center stage. Upon tasting, it is full, very fresh and elegant. Great attack with fine tannins with a finish full of lively freshness. Also notes of fruit, plum and even blackberries without being overripe.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16º/18ºC.

Roast meat, cod, buttery cheeses.
