The grapes were harvested very early, ensuring natural acidity and freshness. This must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by careful decantation and fermented at 16ºC for 18 days. After fermentation, fining was carried out, followed by cold stabilization and filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
The color is pale pink. Lively and elegant aroma of red fruits with slight floral notes. It is a delicate wine with good acidity, with a fresh and engaging finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve directly from the original bottle. Recommended temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC. Drink within 24 hours of opening.
Food Pairing:
Due to its character, it will be a great companion at the table. From fish and seafood to sushi and pizzas.
