Tasting Notes:
Plot 29 planted with the Touriga Nacional variety, is a fundamental piece in the history of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo in its maximum expression of terroir. A true Reference in the Douro that, together with the centenary vineyard (Plot 21), results in a wine with a very elegant profile, almost feminine, contrasting with an intense structure of juicy tannins of enormous precision. The high gravity schist texture and the purple colour reflect the nature of the Touriga Nacional variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage at a dark and cool place in horizontal position and no vibration. Drink at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
