Vinification at controlled temperature about 25 - 28ºC, fermentation in stainless steel tank.

Tasting Notes:
Has a strong ruby colour, with fine and elegant aromas. In the mouth, it is characterized for the excellent complexity of fruit aromas forming a set with a very elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
